Upon receipt of an assignment in any format, such as
email, fax, telephone, etc. the asset falls into a Excel/ Quick
Books Pro format with a nonstop check-off procedure
starting with:
- Property tax and prior listing information
- Occupancy check
- Drive By BPO
- Property maintenance during the redemption period (six months).
- Attorney contact if required
- Cash for keys
Our REO Listing Services enable you to make real time decisions. We are covered too, fully insured, E & O plus general liability and Worker’s Comp. We also have a COVID-19 contingency plan and W-9’s are available upon request.
When instructed by Asset Managers, we can follow up with:

- Conversion of Utilities
- Trash Out
- Interior BPO
- Repair(s) when required (by licensed contractors)
- Marketing

Communication in Real Time
Our preferred method of communication is email or your
database site. Any forms or format will be loaded into our
database and communication will be accomplished via this
expedient and timely composition. In this process all functional
correspondence is accomplished electronically. This means
that any data, including matted photographs, will be forwarded
to you via the internet. We also offer telephone
communication if your internet access is minimal.
